Breath-work, the one tool that drops you right into your nervous system and gives you the capacity to self-regulate your breath into a deep state of relaxation & awareness. If meditation is or isn’t for you, if yoga is or isn’t for you- you’re in the right place.
While navigating through these tumultuous times of unknowns, our nervous systems and stress responses are more activated than ever. You may find yourself more restless, stagnant and unfocused than ever- a natural response of your safety mechanisms to cultivate stability.
In this workshop you can expect to enter a state of deeper relaxation, beyond the noise of the mind. You come back to the simplicity of the breath, flowing in & out, as the one tool you have with you wherever you go moving forward.
We’ll begin with a little breathwork journey, moving our awareness into the body, releasing tension, anxiety to create space. After this you’ll learn a couple of tools to take with you, to ease anxiety, to find your focus, to energise yourself and finally can recenter yourself into a state of peace no matter what you’re navigating.
