Join in for a relaxing morning workshop with a certified mindfulness trainer. As we are hitting the middle of Block 2, your stress levels and anxiety might be quite high. Now is a god time to breathe and (re)focus.
In this session, you will be given an introduction to mindfulness based stress reduction, by instructor Fanne van Leeuwen. You will learn theory about mindfulness, do a mindfulness exercise and be guided through a mindfulness meditation to let go of stress. You will also receive mindfulness exercises to practice at home.
This workshop is a little special, since it is a student initiative! It was organised by Kim Guijo Czysch, a first year PPLE student.
